Important notes
- The one-time activation fee of $42.75 is payable at point of application and is non-refundable. Price is subject to change without notice.
- There is a minimum subscription period of 12 months for 512kbps broadband plan from date of application, unless otherwise stated. Should a subscriber decide to terminate the service within the minimum subscription period, an early termination penalty will be imposed.
- A working SingTel residential phone line is required before applying for Pacnet Personal Broadband.
- Applications via post or fax must be accompanied by a photocopy of both sides of the applicant's NRIC.
- Applicants who are under 21 years of age are required to obtain parental / guardian consent.
- 56kbps Dial-Up access is avaliable for Pacnet Personal Broadband. You can access the Internet using either dial-up or broadband. Depending on your subscription plan, usage may be charged separately and toll charges will apply.
- A Starter Kit will be provided compliments of Pacnet Internet.
- Multiple concurrent log-ins using the same login account is prohibited.
- This service may not be used with PABX, direct lines connected to PABX or alarm systems, hunting lines. ISDN, DID, key telephone systems and AUX lines.
- The rates quoted above are subject to change at Pacnet's sole discretion and without prior notification.
- All prices above are inclusive of 7% GST and subject to change at Pacnet's sole discretion withour prior notification.
- The sharing of accounts between 2 or more people is strictly prohibited.
