Your Broadband service will be provided via this line. Any disruption to this line will cause disruption to your Broadband service, e.g. unpaid subscription charges on the telephone line. (please check with the owner of the line.) PI Subscription charges will still apply in such an event.
There will be charges if you subsequently wish to change the location of your Broadband access or number.
Please allow between 5 to 10 working days for your relocation request to take effect. This is to allow the proper configurations to be done to the line. In the event that the number provided above cannot be broadband enabled for any reason, you will be informed by letter or email. No charges will apply in such an event.
